Who We Are
We Are 360 Community Enrichment — Empowering Second Chances
Founded by Moses Green, 360 Community Enrichment Program (360VCEP) was born from lived experience. At just 17 years old, Moses was incarcerated and spent the next ten years behind bars. When he returned home, he faced the challenge of catching up, learning on his own, and rebuilding his life.
Determined to change the narrative, he worked hard to become an asset to his community — and now, through 360VCEP, he helps others do the same.
Our mission is simple: to empower individuals with criminal backgrounds — and anyone seeking a fresh start — to rebuild their lives through employment, education, healing, and community support.
360VCEP isn’t just a program. It’s a movement to restore hope, create opportunity, and transform setbacks into comebacks.
Our Approach
We Rebuild Lives Through Opportunity, Support & Unity
At 360 Community Enrichment, we meet people where they are — and help them rise. We restore hope by providing access to job placement, skills training, behavioral support, and community events that build both confidence and opportunity.
Through partnerships with employers, volunteers, and local organizations, we create safe, welcoming spaces where individuals and families feel seen, valued, and empowered to succeed.
We Believe in Second Chances — and First-Class Support
Too often, people are defined by their past. At 360VCEP, we see people for their potential. Our approach blends practical resources with emotional care, helping individuals not just find work, but find purpose.
We don’t just serve a community — we build one.
