Who We Are
At 360 Community Enrichment Program (360VCEP), we believe everyone deserves a second chance.
Founded by Moses Green, who spent ten years incarcerated starting at age 17, 360VCEP was created to change the narrative — transforming setbacks into comebacks. Our mission is to help individuals rebuild their lives, gain meaningful employment, and contribute as assets to their communities.
We partner with employers, host community events, and provide access to wellness and behavioral programs like AA — supporting individuals and families in breaking cycles and thriving.
We’re more than a program — we’re a movement for change, unity, and purpose.
